ok this video helped me with the diet thing and breakfast but instead of DDR i just lift wheights with my dad and i lost over 12 pounds in a month and still at it
NOTE:noticed how i said 12 pounds,dats realistic,instead of saying i lost 20 pounds or 25 per month dats like 6 or 8 pounds a week…dats impossible

For some reason i dont think that you were overweight, you dont look like someone who was fat, and if you were fat, you should have at least a thicker body, when i lose my weight i will be doing muscle building, after losing so much weight the body has to build muscle in order for it to be stronger and that the skin does not become loose or saggy, but if you were really fat and once weight 250lbs and loosed it in less than a year,i sure can, thanks for motivating me and great job

I was 220 and went to 150 in about 3 months. Took in about 1000 calories a day and worked off 1200 daily. I also have a history in boxing and martial arts which probably made it easier. I wouldn’t necessarily advise this unless you got determination of steel. Also weight training, as well as push ups, sits ups, leg raises, help your body adjust to the drastic change so you dont look all flabby. Also drink lots of water.
